Changes to locall.aunz.com
We regret to advise that if your email address ended in @locall.aunz.com it will need to change.
@locall.aunz.com email is unfortunately no longer available, since this mailserver is on the Veridas network and we do not have access to migrate this server to our new network. We are presently investigating the possibility of a mail forwarding arrangement.
We deeply regret and apologise for this disruption to your service without any prior notice. Unfortunately this is due to the unforeseen events with our former supplier, Veridas Communications.
We have created new @australis.net email addresses for affected customers. Your email address will change from your_address@locall.aunz.com to your_address@australis.net.
Your email settings will change as follows:
Incoming (POP3) mailserver: from mail.locall.aunz.com to mail.australis.net
Outgoing (SMTP) mailserver: from mail.locall.aunz.com to smtp.australisit.net
Account username: from your_address@locall.aunz.com to your_address@australis.net
Password: there should be no change to your password, however we are working from migrated records so there may be some discrepancies. We ask your patience as we have a large number of customers to talk to. We will eventually contact you to discuss any issues.
To make this change in Outlook Express, click Tools then Accounts. Ensure you select the Mail tab. Select your account then click the Properties button. Select the Servers tab and make required change. Click Apply, then OK, then Close.
